Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a Sports Massage Therapist and qualified Oncology Massage Practitioner with over ten years of hands-on experience. My background is varied… I’ve worked with elite rugby athletes in New Zealand, where precision and performance were key, and I’ve also served as a firefighter, where resilience and trust were essential. These experiences shaped how I work today: grounded, calm, and fully present with each client.

I bring together clinical skill and compassionate care to offer treatments that go beyond easing tension. Whether I’m supporting someone through post-cancer recovery or helping an athlete improve their mobility, my focus is on helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel more like themselves.

Every treatment is tailored and considered, rooted in the belief that real progress starts with feeling safe, seen, and supported.

Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, walking my black Labrador Reggie and travelling when I can. I also like to wind down with a bit of Hot Yoga to relax the muscles.
