I am a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, working with everyone from athletes to people just starting out. I started off in commercial gyms but now focus on home-based fitness. I like to keep things flexible, practical and focused on what really works for each person.
I take a whole-person approach, looking at physical health, mental wellbeing and everything in between. I build training plans around each client’s goals, lifestyle and challenges, and I bring plenty of motivation and energy to every session. I want people to feel stronger, more confident and proud of what they’re achieving.
I used to compete in powerlifting, and I still love lifting heavy. I also enjoy cycling, being outdoors and spending time with my baby daughter. As a dad myself, I understand how hard it can be to make time for your health. That’s why I work with clients to make training simple, consistent and something they can actually enjoy.
