Ben - Senior Physiotherapist and Trainer BSc (Hons), MCSP, HCPC

Ben is a physiotherapist, personal trainer and massage therapist with over ten years of experience. He’s also a dad, so he understands how difficult it can be to stay on top of your health when life is busy. His approach is simple, flexible and effective.

He is a Chartered Physiotherapist, REPS qualified Personal Trainer and ITEC Sports Massage Therapist, and holds first-class degrees in both Physiotherapy and Strength and Conditioning. He has worked with a wide range of people, from busy parents and office workers to professional athletes, as well as patients recovering from surgery, managing neurological conditions or living with long-term pain.

Ben specialises in post-operative rehabilitation, including ACL reconstructions, joint replacements and arthroscopies. He also has significant experience in neuro rehabilitation, including stroke, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries.

He has a strong interest in chronic pain and mental health, taking a whole-person approach that recognises the close link between the mind and body. He is an avid reader of research and brings new, evidence-based approaches to his work to keep things effective and up to date.

When he’s not with clients, you’ll find him in the gym, playing video games, chilling with his 1-year-old, or out walking his three dogs — Lily, Ronnie and Minnie.

Alex is an experienced and fully qualified personal trainer who specialises in home workouts that actually work for real life. No gym selfies, no fluff… just honest, effective training that’s completely tailored to you. Whether you want to lose fat, build strength, improve fitness or simply feel more confident in your body, Alex will help you do it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, all built around your routine and lifestyle.

Like many, Alex started out as a teenager doing endless push ups and sit ups in his bedroom, with no idea what really worked. What began as blind enthusiasm quickly turned into a fascination with the science of training. After years of studying, experimenting, and coaching people from all walks of life, Alex now brings a wealth of knowledge to help clients cut through the noise, avoid wasted time, and see genuine progress… all without ever needing to step foot in a gym.

Alex prides himself on making training approachable and enjoyable, helping you build habits that last and results that stick.

Outside of coaching, you’ll probably find Alex working through one of his legendary meal preps, catching up on a Netflix series, or hanging out with his cat, Dixie.
