Some of the most rewarding moments for me are when clients who have been struggling with pain leave a session feeling lighter, relaxed, and listened to... like a new person! I also enjoy using techniques such as trigger point therapy and muscle energy techniques, which I find very effective in supporting recovery and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I love playing hockey and squash, and I’m also a big fan of watching hockey and women’s football.
