I qualified with a degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from Cyprus International University in 2017. Since moving to London and starting my massage therapy career in 2019, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, focusing on deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and reflexology.

I’m also trained in Graston Technique® and cupping therapy, which I often use to support pain relief, mobility and muscle recovery. With a rehab background, I take a well-rounded approach and tailor each session to the client’s needs and goals.

Outside of work, I’m into history and geography, and I work out regularly to keep active and stay connected to the kinds of goals many of my clients are working towards.
