I am a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist with years of experience helping people move more freely, recover from aches and injuries, and feel better in their day to day lives. I have worked with Sport Wales, supporting elite swimmers and other high level athletes including top rugby players, as well as helping everyday clients from busy parents and office workers to weekend runners and gym goers.

Treatments are always tailored to you so you get exactly what you need, whether that is performing at your best, recovering after injury, or just feeling more comfortable in your own body.

I have a professional interest in strength and conditioning, particularly in how exercise can support healthy ageing and help ease symptoms that often come with it.

Outside of work you will usually find me training in karate or doing some strength work in the gym. I also spend a lot of time with my kids, taking them to football, rugby, swimming, and even the circus!
